This is a draft marketing workbook/manual for MFI managers, which I've put into blog form so you can read it, try out what interests you, and let me know how it works. The advantage of blogging it is the ability to get your feedback. The disadvantage is that it's chronological -- i.e., the manual "begins" in November. It may be easier to simply skip around to the headings that interest you. I hope the final PDF version will be on-line this summer.
